- Provision of statutory certification and risk assessments
- Safety checks for gas, emergency lighting, security and fire systems
- Lift/hoist maintenance
- Catering equipment maintenance
- Thermal imaging of distribution boards
- Automated/motorised door maintenance
- Lightning protection maintenance
- Response maintenance for building fabric components including: doors, windows, locks, shelving, furniture, partitions, ceilings and flooring
- Plumbing works including maintenance, repair and operation of water, drainage and sewerage infrastructure and building systems
It was awarded on 1st March 2024 and runs to 28th February 2027.

- Provide a further competition documentation review service to ensure the documentation is fit for purpose prior to commencement of the further competition
